Client Photography Spotlight: Forum For Women Entrepreneurs // E-Series Program
The Forum For Women Entrepreneurs (FWE) held its annual E-Series across three days in April 2019. This three-day educational program provides education, support, mentorship and community for self-identifying female entrepreneurs. Participants can run a business across any industry and can be at any stage of their business. What they all have in common? That they are serious about leveling up their business!
This year the E-Series took place at the beautiful Vancouver Club right in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. The participants were welcomed into the building and after signing in, the day kicked off with a warm welcome by FWE’s CEO, Paulina Cameron, and special guest, The Honourable Mary Ng, Minister of Small Business, Export Promotion and International Trade.
The three days offer SO MUCH value for participants. Here are just a few of the activities that took place:
Workshops on everything from HR to finance to legal to leadership
Pitch training and practice with experts in the field
Understanding and levelling up finance skills for running a business
Training and feedback on presentations
Mentor sessions with local business owners, entrepreneurs and experts
Really raw and beautiful presentations by business owners
Meditation, movement and grounding exercises
Evening networking with other participants and mentors who came in
Panel talks and interviews with local business owners and entrepreneurs
A final night celebration
Seriously. This was amazing and I highly encourage female identifying entrepreneurs at all stages of the entrepreneurship journey to check out programs offered by FWE as they take place all across Canada and online too!
