#WeTravel - Elise

"It’s important to meet different people, to confront different cultures.  Travelling is a personal journey; it’s very selfish.  You discover what might be available to you.  It makes you more tolerant.  To appreciate what else exists in the world, you have to realize what values are important to you.  I’ve learnt patience, because when you travel, you have to wait a lot.

When I go back to France I think things will be different.  I don’t think that travelling is something that changes you straight away though.  It’s something you get later.

My favourite food in my travels so far is perhaps the sweet pineapple coconut lassi in India: yoghurt, sugar, pineapple and coconut. Delicious!"
